Understanding Thomas Meyers' ability to bring vision
in establishing artistic order of disparate elements is to picture the transformation of a pile of stones into a
beautiful stone wall, each element occupying its
correct place. This ability is not common and is
vital to the creation of his glass mosaic works.

The process of creating this current work unites three disciplines: collage, stained glass and mosaic.
This unique art form uses various iridescent, painted
and textured sheet glass, hand cut and precisely
set onto a framed wood panel. His innate style
of designing by collage, which was first used
assembling works of paper, is the technique
he finds most natural and spontaneous.
